Mr. One Night Only (O.N.O.)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mr. One Night Only (“O.N.O.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, forms, membership lists, communications, event-related services, and other O.N.O. experiences. By using these services or submitting information through an O.N.O. form, you agree to these Terms.

O.N.O. MEMBERSHIP

Joining the O.N.O. list provides access to communications regarding O.N.O. events, experiences, offers, and related opportunities. Joining the general O.N.O. list does not guarantee admission to an event, complimentary admission, reservations, VIP status, table availability, or access to any particular experience.

VIP access is by invitation and may be offered, modified, or withdrawn at O.N.O.’s discretion.

EVENTS AND ADMISSION

Individual events may have additional requirements concerning admission, age, identification, reservations, dress, capacity, pricing, conduct, or venue policies. Event-specific terms and venue rules apply in addition to these Terms.

An invitation, RSVP, text message, email, or inclusion on an O.N.O. list does not guarantee admission when an event or venue is subject to capacity, age, identification, safety, legal, or other applicable requirements.

TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

When you expressly opt in to O.N.O. text messaging, you authorize Mr. One Night Only (O.N.O.) to send marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include private event invitations, Friday event drops, birthday experiences, member offers, and other O.N.O. updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an O.N.O. form or request. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number and other contact information you provide belong to you or that you are authorized to provide them.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse O.N.O. websites, forms, communications, membership systems, invitations, or other services; interfere with their operation; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent information; or use O.N.O. services for unlawful purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

O.N.O. names, branding, original content, graphics, event concepts, and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use O.N.O. intellectual property except as expressly authorized.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

O.N.O. may use third-party platforms and service providers to operate websites, communications, reservations, payments, customer relationship management, analytics, or other services. Those providers may have their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the O.N.O. Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted with its applicable effective date.
